N2 - The growing demand for ultra-low-power Internet of Things (IoT) devices necessitates the energy-efficient transceivers with reliable communication, especially in battery-operated low-power wide-areanetwork (LPWAN). Binary frequency-shift keying (BFSK) is a favorable modulation technique due to its simplicity and low power requirements. Thus, many studies on low-power BFSK radios are reported [1-6], yet challenges remain regarding their operating frequency, power consumption, latency, and integration level.
