Abstract

Highly integrated CMOS current driver IC applicable for organic light emitting diode (OLED) displays were fabricated. The IC contained digital display control unit, internal image memory cells, common and segment driver cells, internal oscillator and DC-DC converter. The best applicable OLED driver was developed and implemented to the personal communication system (PCS) handset.
