N2 - An all-optical PCR system integrating a FLG-μSPEC enables real-time temperature sensing and fluorescence-based monitoring of PCR amplification. Utilizing SRB as a temperature-sensitive dye, the system achieved accurate thermal cycling and reliable amplification. Stable performance was demonstrated over 40 cycles, allowing quantitative analysis.
