RGT와 Laddering기법을 활용한 발주기관과 수행사의 데이터품질 가치사슬의 비교

The effective efforts are in shortage for securing data quality even though the importance of data quality management has been increasing. Therefore, for the purpose of conducting comparison analysis, this empirical study derived the perceptions of data quality from owners and companies ,which have not yet been visualized. This study analyzed using several techniques, such as psychoanalytical technique, RGT, APT laddering, and other statistical technique. As a result, the contractors are considering that the data standardization, data integrated management, and management process are the important factors, while the contractees are considering that data integrated management, management process, and organization improvement are the important factors. Moreover, the contractors would like to obtain control and consistency via data quality. The contractees, on the other hand, have been endeavoring at improvement of accuracy and business efficiency.
