Abstract

This paper studies the sampled-data output feedback fuzzy control issue for active suspension systems via the input delay approach. The vehicle suspension system with uncertainty is approximated by using the Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model. Since the entire system contains digital controllers, sampled signals from digital devices are modeled as a time-varying delay function. Based on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii theorem with mathematical inequalities, the existence conditions of the sampled-data fuzzy controller are obtained concerning linear matrix inequalities(LMIs). Finally, simulation results provide the effectiveness of the proposed controller.
