N2 - In this paper, we consider three-level hierarchical 64-QAM with scalable multi-view video coding (SMVC) for seamless free-viewpoint TV (FTV) service. Performance evaluation results show that our proposed scheme achieves improved average peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR), compared to SMVC with conventional 64-QAM.
