Abstract

The spatio-temporal variations of 147-nm, 173-nm, and IR emission images are obtained from He-Xe and Ne-Xe surface-discharge-type ACPDP cells. Differences between the 147-nm, 173-nm, and IR emission characteristics between He-Xe and Ne-Xe gas mixtures are investigated. The difference of Xe mobility and dimer reaction coefficients are analyzed in two cases.
