Abstract

The structural and magnetic properties of SrMoO4 insulating thin films were investigated. The thin films were deposited from Sr 2FeMoO6 target in oxygen atmosphere. The transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and x-ray diffraction (XRD) techniques were used for the study of the thin films. It was observed that SRFeO3 nanoparticles were dispersed in the SrMoO4 grains, to which the hysteresis loops of the films were described.
