Abstract
Polycrystalline Sr, Mg-doped LaGaO 3(LSGM) nanowire with multi element system was readily synthesized by electrospinning and thermal treatment process. Thermal behavior of PVP/LSGM precursor nanowires was confirmed by TG-DTA analysis and all of the organics and volatiles, with the exception of the LSGM, were decomposed and removed below around 800 °C. In addition, the crystal and microstructures of the LSGM nanowires were systematically investigated by XRD, FE-SEM, and TEM as a function of thermal treatment temperature. After the heat treatment of electrospun PVP/LSGM nanowires, uniform LSGM nanowires with diameter of approximately 100 nm, nanosized grain and high aspect ratio were successfully synthesized.
