Abstract

The inverter is widely used for the Green carand High Power Light System. Conventionalsinusoidal Inverter(DC-AC conversion system) hasa power loss from the wrongly controled switchingdevice due to their own falling and rising time1)2).
In this paper, we propose the new method to addthe proper dead time and which can work for stepdown operation. Especially, bi-directional operationis necessary for electronic(hybrid)car and UPSsystem. For this purpose we propose the novelcontrol method for step-up operation when it worksfor AC-DC operation without additional converteronly using H-Bridge inverter.
